How it works

Customisation options
We have three options: a clear pack, with your custom artwork printed on it, a semi-custom pack, with your logo displayed, or fully custom design.

Pricing: Competitive pricing tailored to meet your needs.
Pricing varies by product and complexity of design.

Minimum orders: Flexible minimum order quantities to suit projects big and small.
For newly designed custom packaging orders, there is a larger minimum order quantity (MOQ) per product.

For orders delivered in Australia, our MOQ is 13 cartons (2000 units) per one product (purchased and delivered in full). For orders outside of Australia, our MOQ is 150kg (100,000 packs).

Lead time
For semi-custom packs and clear packs, lead time is 7-10 business days after artwork approval. For fully custom design, lead time is 3-4 weeks after artwork approval for Australian deliveries, and 8 weeks after artwork approval for overseas deliveries.

Legally required information
We’ll take care of all the legals and make sure the nutritional information, ingredients, best-before date, weight and allergen statement is on our products.

Delivery information
All items are packed appropriately and sent via FedEx or Good Nuts local delivery drivers in Sydney metro.

Depending on the level of customisation orders are dispatched within 5-10 business days of receipt of your order.

Pick up collection is free. You can pick up your order from 43 Garema Circuit Kingsgrove, between 10 am – 4 pm, Monday – Friday. 

You will be notified when your order is ready to pick up. Please ensure you have a valid ID or present your order receipt.
